These terms apply to visitsylhet.bd. By using the site, sending an enquiry or making a booking request you agree to them.
Our role
visitsylhet is a travel guide and listing platform. Accommodation, boats, tours and transport are provided by independent partners. Your contract for those services is with the partner. We pass on enquiries and booking requests and, where shown, collect a deposit on the partner’s behalf.
Information on the site
We check listings and update guides regularly, but prices, opening times, water levels and road conditions change. Confirm important details with the partner before you travel. Map locations are approximate.
Booking requests and deposits
- A booking request is not confirmed until the partner accepts it and you pay the deposit.
- The deposit is a share of the room price shown at checkout. You pay the balance to the partner.
- Cancellation terms are shown on each listing. Refunds follow our cancellation and refund policy.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate contact details, follow local laws and the rules of protected areas and border zones, and treat partners and communities with respect. Do not misuse the site, send spam or attempt to access accounts that are not yours.
Partners
Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, prices and availability, and for the services they provide. Listing fees are paid in advance and are not refundable once a listing has been published, except where required by law.
Liability
To the extent allowed by Bangladeshi law, visitsylhet is not liable for losses arising from services provided by partners or from travel conditions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 or the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines.
