Cancellation and refund policy

This policy covers deposits paid online through visitsylhet. Payments made directly to a partner follow that partner’s own terms.
Cancellation by you
- Flexible: full deposit refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before check-in.
- Moderate: full deposit refund if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in.
- Strict: full deposit refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- After the free cancellation period, the deposit is not refunded.
Each listing shows which policy applies. To cancel, contact us with your booking code.
Cancellation by the partner or by us
If a partner cancels a confirmed booking, or the trip cannot go ahead because of an official weather or flood warning, you get a full refund of the deposit, or a free change of dates if you prefer.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through SSLCommerz, normally within 7 to 10 working days. Mobile wallet refunds may arrive sooner.
